One of the biggest vacation holidays, Memorial Day weekend, is coming up in a few days! The deadline to get all packed up for the trip is fastly approaching and now you and bae need to carefully plan your trip together. Aside from making sure your hotel and flight plans are in order, you now have the task to put together some outfits that coordinate with each other. And, why not? When you step out on your Baecation with your significant other, you want everyone to know that you two are a couple.
Picking and planning your outfits can be a challenging task especially when you're going on a vacation and you have a limited amount of luggage space. You need to make sure you and bae pack enough outfits for all the different places you’ll be visiting on your trip. It can easily get overwhelming!
Whether you're planning on doing some sight-seeing, going to a formal dinner, or checking out the party scene. I’ve got you covered with some options to make your next Baecation a breeze.
Trendy and Comfortable Looks for Traveling

It’s time to leave for the vacation and I've overstuffed the luggage as usual. Yet again, he's complaining that I didn't leave any room for him in it. As a woman, I need much more luggage space than he does, right?!? Once he sees how amazing I look in my outfits, all the complaining will stop.
Before we take off, I like to be vacation-ready! If we’re going to a tropical location, I’m not showing up to the airport in sweats and sneakers. I’ll be rocking a colorful, printed shirtdress and a colorful fanny pack to give off “tourist” vibes. My big, bold earrings and colorful heels add a vibrant touch to a casual look.
On him: Bae is sporting an equally, vacation-ready design: printed collared, button-down, short sleeve shirt, a pair of crisp, white shorts, and a pair of light blue trainers. Equally comfy and effortless to match my fly!
Outfits
Her - Shirtdress: & Other Stories, Earrings: ZARA, Belt Bag: Marc Jacobs, Shoes: Crosswalk
Him - Shirt: Rodd & Gunn, Shorts: Ralph Lauren, Shoes: Good Man Brand, Hat: Goorin Bros, Bag: Herschel Supply Co.
Sight-Seeing
When it comes to checking out the local sights around town, I keep it simple in neutrals and whites with a few accents of color. Who said neutrals and whites have to be boring?
I’m leading the way with an all-white linen shirt and cut-off denim, white shorts. For a pop of color, I decided to accessorize the look with oversized, cateye black/white sunnies and a studded, navy & red crossbody bag. A navy & red accessory always adds a bit of luxe to an all-white, outfit.
On him: Bae is sporting a neutral knit shirt with orange and blue stripes. I had him keep it classic by packing his Ray-Ban “clubmasters” sunglasses and show off his on-trend style with a pair distressed shorts.
Outfits:
Her - Shirt: GAP, Shorts: Irene’s Story, Sunglasses: Stylist’s Own, Bag: Kate Spade
Him - Shirt: ZARA, Shorts: Levi’s, Sunglasses: Ray-Ban
Enjoying the Sunset
Ahhhh, here it is! That moment on vacation when you and bae get to catch the sunset. Just because the temperature is cooling down for the evening, that doesn't mean you have to call it a night just yet! In moments like these, I like to wear a long dress with golden stripes that perfectly match the hue of the setting sun. Accessorize with a belt and hoop earrings to add a little personality to your look. A comfortable pair of animal-print sandals will give your feet a bit of a rest after you've been checking out the sights all day long.
On him: Bae enjoys a clean, head-to-toe neutral look to compliment my outfit. A knit top, linen pants, and all-white sneakers are all he needs to flatter my look. Since I’m the one wearing colorful stripes around town, he prefers to keep the attention off him and let everyone focus on me. Awwww...He’s such a sweetheart!

Him: Shirt: ZARA, Pants: ZARA, Shoes: Good Man Brand
A Scroll Through The City
Enjoying a stroll through the city can be entertaining when you’re on a baecation. We’re often so stuck in our own world that we end up entertaining ourselves. Bystanders, often watch and wonder how we’ve mastered such effortless style and love for each other.
When you and your bae want to blend into the rhythm of the city, keep it light and fresh with your outfit choices. I keep it simple with a nautical-inspired, linen button-up top and white, flare-leg pants.
On him: Bae is eager to explore the city with me in an all-white t-shirt and vest paired with his favorite, distressed shorts, and cognac, brown sneakers. We’re both ready for a fun, carefree, and romantic evening in the city!
Outfits
Her: Shirt: Abound, Pants: Michael Kors
Him: Shirt: Uniqlo, Vest: INC International Concepts, Shorts: Levi’s, Shoes - Magnanni
Night On The Town
On him: Bae is going with a distinguished suit sans the jacket. I paired his black pants and button-up shirt with a suit vest because he kept complaining about how hot he’ll be wearing the suit jacket. Instead of fighting, I just gave in and let him win this battle!
Outfits
Her - Dress: Rela Bota, Shoes: Schutz
Him - Top: INC Men, Vest: INC International Concepts, Pants: Calvin Klein, Shoes: Cole Haan
